There is a subtle distinguishing quality associated with the Soft Touch Painted Door Series. The Distinctive quality is accomplished with multiple coats of paint. Each coat is oven cured and then sanded by hand. The process insures you of a durable finish that is as smooth as satin.

Softouch doors are manufactured using a premium grade MDF substrate. This material has been selected because of its stability, and its' compatibility with the Softouch Paint System. The doors are sized, squared and routed, using diamond tooling. Each door receives three coats of plasti-primer enamel. Between each coat, the doors are baked for a minimum of two hours and then sanded. A finish coat of plasti-color is applied, then the finish is baked on for a minimum of four hours. Cleaning is simple - wipe up finger prints and dust with a soft cloth, dampened with luke warm water. For greases and other stubborn stains use a mild hand soap.
